[pulseaudio-discuss] 0.9.15 configure on FC9

I'm trying to configure and build 0.9.15 on Fedora 9.

I get:

checking ltdl.h usability... yes
checking ltdl.h presence... yes
checking for ltdl.h... yes
checking for lt_dladvise_init in -lltdl... no
configure: error: Unable to find libltdl.

For libtool, I have:

sudo yum list '*ltdl*'
Loaded plugins: refresh-packagekit

Installed Packages
libtool-ltdl.i386         1.5.24-6.fc9      installed
libtool-ltdl-devel.i386   1.5.24-6.fc9      installed        

What could I be missing?

I tried boostrap.sh too, same issue.
