[pulseaudio-discuss] Unacceptable delay in pulseaudio continues in Lucid

I was able to get reasonable performance using mostly default
parameters to the pulse-simple interface, like those used by the libao
library.  I had to change tlength to be shorter than some of the
sounds we play through Orca, but now it works ok.  It still needs some
tuning to reduce latency.
