I try to respond to all mails I get as quickly as I find the time
to. To many mails I can respond quickly, because I can come up with a
response right-away. However other mails take more time. 

Particularly mails with patches which I need to review take
time. Please don't understand that as disinterest in you work. It's
simply that a serious review is not a 5 min job.

Please be patient, I *will* review and comment on your patch during
the next few days.
