[pulseaudio-discuss] don't stop_stream_fd when suspending sink/source in bluetooth-device module

Thanks for your comments.

I was using A2DP. Attached are the hcidump logs with Motorola HT800.
Bt_stop_stream.log is with module-idle-on-suspended loaded.
Bt_stop_stream_nostop.log is without module-idle-on-suspended loaded.

Any clues?
