[pulseaudio-discuss] pause/unpause rhythmbox resets output volume to 100%

I am using 0.9.15~test5-0ubuntu1~ppa2 on Ubuntu Jaunty and something I
have been finding is that when I pause rhythmbox (which terminates the
pulseaudio stream) and then unpause (which starts a stream) the master
output goes up to 100%.
