Ok

i corrected this and passed 14 commas,
load-module module-ladspa-sink sink_name=ladspa_out master=alsa_out 
plugin=mbeq_1197 label=mbeq control=,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

it seems to work and i got some messages,

It is in german, so i translate this,
