[pulseaudio-discuss] error with pa_create_monitor_stream_for_sink_input

Just noticed this.. happens with pulse volume control...

unload 'module-stream-restore'

Start banshee.. the volume meter in pulse volume control works as expected

Press next track... the volume meter breaks / stops

Not sure if this is a bug or some thing module-stream-restore does to keep
this working
