On multi-user computers, some users set the volume to zero as they leave the 
computer.The next user that is loggin in on the computer does not know the 
the volume is muted and gets no sound.
How can I set the volume to maximum at login for the default sink of this 
user, or better set the volume to max at boot(or with gdm login or rc.local) 
for all output sinks?
