[pulseaudio-discuss] No sound output after upgrade

This looks pretty broken :s I think it's using totally non-standard
element names. I'm not really an expert here but ALSA is supposed to
guarantee a "Master" channel that works. Someone more knowlegable than
me can hopefully clarify.
