This patch is mainly a clean-up of existing configurations (removed
surround40 over iec which isn't supported, fixed typos in
alsa-mixer.c).
The passthrough mode doesn't do anything for now with the upstream
code, but it will when we are done with the rest of the patches. I am
not planning to touch these profile definitions any more, I included
this change to simplify my life.
