[pulseaudio-discuss] [PATCH] Handle 'Digital Mic' as an 'Input Source'

Hi,

Attached is a patch against current stable-queue head that adds
support for, and prefers, the 'Digital Mic' element in 'Input Source'
now seen on newer Dell models. It's set to the highest priority as it
is the internal mic.
