Merged this in now. Sorry for the delay and many thanks as always :)

Would you be able to take a look at the pa_bluetooth_transport_acquire()
function which uses DBUS_TYPE_UNIX_FD with #ifdef protection thus
requiring a newer dbus. I think it should be relatively trivial to fix,
but you'll be better making it as I'm sure I'd find a way to break it :p
