[pulseaudio-discuss] pulseaudio 0.9.22, after system suspends and resumes, alsasink is blocked

Figured out the problem. I was issuing a PA_SUSPEND_USER on the sink.
This, for some reason, will not resume the sink of a stream is started up.
PA_SUSPEND_IDLE does however.
