In case you don't know what the latency parameters are, on the
gst-launch line, you can append these parameters: e.g.

gst-launch-0.10 pulsesrc buffer-time=<xxxx> latency-time=<xxxx> !
pulsesink buffer-time=<xxxx> latency-time=<xxxx>
