While it is indeed common to do this at the end of the message (rather
than the beginning), we don't require a s-o-b header in our commits.

Many people include them anyway and I try to strip them out if I
remember but for merges I don't bother (as it would require a rebase at
the remote end).

But if people can, please don't bother with s-o-b's generally!
