Actually, I recommend you don't commit these patches quite yet. I
realized that they actually do affect also setups that don't use the SCO
over PCM setup, and the patches haven't been tested in such environment.

So, I would be very grateful if someone with a HSP-capable bluetooth
headset would try the following:

1) Install pulseaudio from
git://gitorious.org/~tanuk2/pulseaudio/pulseaudio.git

2) Play something to a bluetooth headset (make sure the bluetooth card
in pulseaudio uses the "hsp" profile)

3) Change the device volume.

4) Disconnect the bluetooth headset and then reconnect it again.

5) Repeat steps 2 and 3.

Hopefully the volume control works and pulseaudio doesn't crash or
anything.

If no volunteers pop up, I guess I'll have to get a bluetooth dongle for
my desktop so that I can test this myself.
