Done, with the following tweaks:

 - Added an assertion to pa_device_port_hashmap_free().

 - Moved the pa_core parameter to be the first one for
pa_device_port_new(). This is consistent with eg. pa_sink_new() and
pa_card_new().

 - Fixed a compilation issue in alsa-mixer.c. When the pa_core parameter
was added to pa_device_port_new(), the calling code was not updated.

I plan to finish the review of the last patch tomorrow.
