[pulseaudio-discuss] Welcome to our GSoC students!

Hello,
As you know, PulseAudio will be participating in this year's Google
Summer of Code programme. We have 3 students participating this year, so
I'd like to extend a big welcome to them!

You've seen them around on the mailing list and IRC already, but I'll
let poljar [1], Deng [2], and Ștefan [3] introduce themselves, and what
they'll be working on. :)

Big thanks go out to Google and their OSPO staff for making this
