[pulseaudio-discuss] Python interface to pulse-audio

I've been wanting to write something like qloud
[http://gaydenko.com/qloud/], a speaker/room/audio system performance
analyzer, in Python using PulseAudio. My biggest problem right now is
that I cannot find any APIs that allow me to get audio stream data into
pulseaudio from python and out from pulseaudio to python. I would
greatly appreciate any experience or guidance you might have on this topic.
