[pulseaudio-discuss] PA cross-build

Hello,

I have troubles linking against PA, the pulsecommon library is not found; 
libpulse-simple.pc says

Name: libpulse-simple
Description: PulseAudio Simplified Synchronous Client Interface
Version: 2.98
Libs: -L${libdir} -lpulse-simple
Libs.private: -lpulsecommon-2.98


why is there -L${libdir} for Libs: but no -L${libdir}/pulseaudio for 
Libs.private:
