Hi. Here comes the second version of this patch.

This version fixes the issues pointed out by Tanu:
 - don't add all ports of a card to the sink/source
 - make the strings translatable

I also attached a second patch which changes the logic to only 
show if a profile is unplugged. These two can be squashed together or the second patch
can be dropped depending on the desired policy.
