Sorry, I forgot to give the --cover-letter and --annotate parameters to
git send-email, so it sent all patches without asking me anything.

This is v2 for my earlier "Bluetooth polishing" patch set[1]. The first
2 patches of the original set have been applied already. This patch set
splits 3/5 of the original into three smaller patches. The last two
patches are unchanged.
