[pulseaudio-discuss] [PATCH 0/8] misc cleanups and bug fixes

patch 1 puts *.log and *.trs (which are created by running 'make check') into src/.gitignore
patch 2 fixes spelling (canceler -> canceller)
patch 3 add error handling code to pa_srbchannel_new() when pa_fdsem_open_shm() (which it does without HAVE_SYS_EVENTFD_H, e.g. on kFreeBSD)
patch 4 fix setup_srbchannel() when pa_srbchannel_new() fails
patch 5 fixes format specifiers, avoid compilation warnings
patch 6 fixes compilation warning when certain syscalls are not available (e.g. on kFreeBSD)
patch 7 adds checks for the expected results in sigbus-test
patch 8 adds a SIGSEGV to the memtrap signal handler to make the sigbus-test work on kFreeBSD
