[pulseaudio-discuss] default sink

I am configuring multiseat systems.
Users get their default sink upon $DISPLAY variable.
But if their sink is not available, they get a next sink.(but this sink 
is for another user/display)
How can I prevent this?
So if the user his sink is not available(for example broken usb sound) 
give the user no sink.
Or can I give this user a null sink with pacmd set-default-sink?
