[pulseaudio-discuss] improve and simplify autostart on kde (with patches)

Here are a couple of patches we currently ship in fedora 20 to improve and 
simplify pulseaudio daemon autostart on kde.

0001: consolidate daemon startup by using a single/common startup method 
(instead of 2)
0002: ensure pulseaudio early startup on kde using X-KDE-autostart-phase=1
