I believe svolume-orc-gen.[ch] are generated files, and therefore
shouldn't be in the tarball. The tarball is missing all .orc files,
however. The issue is being worked on. Thanks for the report! (This was
already reported in IRC, but it's good to have this on the mailing list
too.)
