No I haven't. I don't have a strong opinion whether to add that check or
not, but if I had to decide, I would not add it. If it's added, I think
the log message needs to be changed, because as time goes by, it will
probably become less and less likely that it's systemd that is to blame
for messed up XDG_RUNTIME_DIR.
