Oops. This phrase was rude, as it misrepresented, among others, some
commits by Peter Meerwald, Arun Raghavan and Damir Jelić, that were
not adding FIXMEs, but actually fixing small bugs. Sorry!

But the patch still stands, as well as the point that some existing
FIXME-style notes live for too long time.
