have those changes pushed here:
git://anongit.freedesktop.org/pulseaudio/pulseaudio.git

i've found an old ebuild (gentoo's build system) for it. i could also
change the repo to colinleroy's too if need be but rather leave the
maintenance of the ebuild for upstream.
