Thanks for the patch! I don't think you used "git send-email" to
generate the patch, however, since some of the lines are wrapped, and
there are a couple of other non-standard details too. This means that
"git am" isn't able to process the patch. Could you re-send using "git
send-email"? We have instructions here:
