[pulseaudio-discuss] Controlling the PulseAudio Read Call back.

I am writing an audio program using PulseAudio. I have registered a call
back function to read the data from the mid

pa_stream_set_read_callback (stream, RadCB, userdata)

The questions are

1 - How to control the occurrence of the ReadCB call back, don't want to
much calling of this.
2 - Is these startling effects the callback?
