[pulseaudio-discuss] RFC: Windows icon

The benefit to this is that PulseAudio's Windows builds would look
more professional, and would be more easily identified in task
manager.

So my questions are:

1. Does anyone have a problem with me developing and submitting a
patch for this?

2. What icon should I use? How about I have the build process convert
pulseaudio.svg (in the root of the git repo) to a .ico file?
