I'm not sure about the last point. Perhaps it's possible for the distro
to provide a working default configuration.

I'm sure the oFono support has a minimum version requirement, but
unfortunately I don't know what that is. We should put the information
in the release notes, so someone should figure out the minimum version
before the release...
