[pulseaudio-discuss] [ANNOUNCE] PAVUControl 3.0 released!

Despite being just PulseAudio's sidekick, Pavucontrol has attracted 14 
contributors since last release, saving Pavucontrol from falling into 
the pit of bitrotting software. Thanks to all of you!
