That tree is now updated to the point that I think we can upstream and
continue improving -- you can use that to get to the point of a running
daemon + working ALSA modules.

As a reference, the times taken for the build are:

  configure: 2s
  compile (no cache): 13.2s
  compile (ccache): 1.9s

Just waiting for some review comments from the meson folks before I git
send-email it.
