[pulseaudio-discuss] volume-test failed in 1.12.2

Testing this prior to updating Beyond LinuxFromScratch I got a test
failure, so reporting as asked.

This is with gcc-8.2.0, glibc-2.28, most other packages using latest
non-development released versions.

Seems to work OK, at least for my very limited usage.
