[pulseaudio-discuss] YouTube (Firefox) changing sliders

Hi all. I'm on Mint Linux.
I want to 100% prevent YouTube (Firefox) from touching my volume
sliders. If I use pulseaudio to set Firefox playback to, for example,
153%, I don't want YouTube (Firefox) to be able to change this - EVER.
Can someone tell me how to block YouTube (Firefox) access to my volume
sliders? If possible, please keep the solution simple; assume I'm a
total computer noob. :)
