[pulseaudio-discuss] [ANNOUNCE] paprefs 1.1

The 2019 edition of paprefs is here! The version number is only 1.1,
because there aren't any new features compared to the last year's
edition. The main changes are:

 * The D-Bus code has been ported from dbus-glib and libdbus to GDBus.
GDBus is part of GIO, which was already a dependency, so this means
fewer dependencies overall.

 * When enabling simulateneous output, paprefs now loads module-
combine-sink instead of module-combine. module-combine is a deprecated
alias for module-combine-sink, and loading it caused PulseAudio to log
a warning. There are no functional changes apart from avoiding the
warning.
