Another week, another release candidate. :) This should be the last one unless something goes horribly wrong.

Changes include some translation updates, a new script (pa-info) to collect information for debugging information, a RAOP fix for network disconnects, no longer loading module-device-manager for newer KDE Plasma versions, no longer using X11 root window properties except on SSH connections, and an large number of meson build fixes.

Please test away and report regressions. If things are quiet, we'll roll a final release in a few days.
