Which pulseaudio version are you using? Did you try current git or PA 
13.99? There
have been quite a few changes in the RAOP code since 13.0. If that does 
not work,
please open an issue at 
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pulseaudio/pulseaudio/-/issues
