Hi folks,
I've rolled out the next (and hopefully last) release candidate for the 15.0 release.

Updates since 14.99.1 include:

  * Addition of a sticky flag for profiles to not be changed by policy modules, set via the new messaging API
  * A set of Win32 updates (including the ability to run as a service)
  * Translation updates
  * Lots of meson-related build fixes
  * Updates for a few cards (some desktop on-board audio, Dell WD19 dock, Focusrite Saffire Pro I/O series, Sennheiser GSX 1200)
  * Bunch of other fixes

Please test and report any issues. Hopefully 15.0 is just around the corner!
