I presume everything has been installed correctly, I can use the morse
program directly to practice morse.
HWat I did to checkk is replace the morse call in the procmailrc by a
call to /bin/touch FILENAME, the FILENNAME has my userid and groupid as
owener/group, so this cannot be the problem.
