I'm happy to announce that PulseAudio 16.0 is now out!

Highlights include:

  * Time smoother and latency reporting fixes across the board, which should particularly make combine, tunnel and loopback significantly better
  * Tunnel modules should also be more robust with regards to reconnection
  * Bluetooth battery level reporting is now supported
  * RTP modules now support streaming Opus instead of PCM
  * pactl can now output JSON
  * Lots of other updates including translations, bug fixes, more hardware support and other improvements
