Mic volume Keeps changing randomly

Hello,

I am running Ubuntu 22.04.4 and every time I get into a meeting everyone
asks me to adjust my mic volume.

How can I set it so that it does not change by itself?

I have 3 microphones (obviously only using one at a time):

1) Internal on Dell laptop
2) 3.5mm Jack headset
3) Bluetooth headset
