Why the playing audio will be recorded into the mic?

Try opening "pavucontrol" or install it if you don't have it yet.
Click on the "Output devices" tab and have a look at the dropdowns for your
device.

Regarding the 90% thing, never had that.
I'm using Arch and anything i start has 100% by default.
