Bindist and Sourcedist scripts

I have cleaned up the build script for bindists a little bit 
and added a script that produces source tarballs. 
It splits everything into seven pieces

1. everything except stuff shipped in the other tarballs:
2. programs directory without the servers.
3. the programs/Xserver directory.
4. the fonts directory without scalable fonts.
5. the scalable fonts.
6. the specs.
7  the hardcopy documentation stuff.
