I've got a meeting at school tomorrow from 7:45 until 8:45 PST, which is 
right across the release wranglers teleconference.

I'd sure like to get a vote from the board on when we will create a 
modular version of the tree; right now I'm sitting on my hands as I don't 
want to integrate new code into the monolithic release if I can convince 
people that now is the time to take the tree and make a modular version.

So, the longer we stall this decision, the less work I get to do, and that 
doesn't make me happy.
