Fd.o status from Daniels S.

[Jim Gettys]

The CVS pool currently available via pserver is currently read only,
from October 15.

We have a copy of the November 15 pool as well.

So we'll have to ask projects to reverify things.

We need to figure out the right strategy to allow good verification to
take place.
