6.8.3 release schedule?

With the 6.9/7.0 release being talked about as coming in the summer,
what about this for a rough schedule for a 6.8.3 release to fill the
gap between 6.8.2 & 6.9/7.0?

now -> mid-April - integrate patches
mid-April - start release candidates
early to mid May - release 6.8.3

That would put it about 3 months after 6.8.2 and likely 2-3 months
ahead of 6.9/7.0.
