[SCIM] I added a new option "ALWAYS_SHOW_LOOKUP" into generic table.

Hi,
  This option is useful for some simple language table, such as Hangul 
etc. And if there are not too many duplicated keys in a table, this 
option will also be useful. It can make the screen very clean :-)
